Sub Base

You can use the Great British Ground Screw which can be included in the cost of your package, however the timber for  the construction of the base you will have to supply yourself, we also recommend that you employ a competent contractor to complete your ground screw sub base for you to avoid any unnecessary structural damage to the garden room when installed which will not be covered by any warranty provided.

These ground screws provide a firm and stable base for your composite garden room to rest on, using this method has advantages over traditional methods, as you have no need for excavation work, and so you will not require any heavy machinery or digging equipment to ruin your already nicely kept garden, unless the ground is severely out of level.

The ground screw can be used in most cases and can benefit your installation without causing damage to the surrounding areas, also they can save you a considerable amount of money on your project by eliminating the need for expensive concrete foundations, and at the same time the ground screws are not subject to summer weather conditions like the traditional building methods are as they are clean and simple to install.

Or you can use the traditional concrete formed slab option if you prefer the more traditional, this method is more widely used still as the ground screw is a relatively new idea of which many builders and contractors have not used yet.

Our low maintenance, authentic timber grain affect walls are available in a range of colour options to to complement your games room, and these are constructed using 55% recycled timber and 35% recycled PVC polymer.

Our composite garden rooms are fitted with PVCU double glazed doors and side screens as standard, keeping you warm and secure in your garden room, with A-Rated Energy Efficient double glazed windows and high-security multi-point locking french doors with optional wood grain finished PVCU frames for low maintenance.

Fully Insulated Roof Structure

Engineered timber roof featuring lightweight timber roof trusses and 100mm insulation panels and a proven high-performance EPDM BBA certified rubber membrane, EPBM coating with a life expectancy of at least 50 years, one piece maintenance free roofing sheet.
